Kingsley Morah Okoduwa

Kingsley M. Okoduwa is a contract and policy professional with expertise in contract lifecycle management, procurement, policy development, operational analytics, and regulatory compliance. He combines analytical insight with strategic governance to improve organizational performance, strengthen accountability, and mitigate risk.

Most recently, Kingsley served as a Contract Analyst with the Northern Health Authority in British Columbia, Canada, where he managed complex procurement and contracting processes, led contract negotiations, enhanced compliance frameworks, and provided data-driven insights to support executive decision-making.

Prior to this, he spent nearly a decade in a private firm in Nigeria, progressing from Operations Analyst to Senior Operations Analyst. In these roles, he led operational improvement initiatives, developed policy and procedural documentation, analyzed performance metrics, and supported organizational effectiveness through evidence-based recommendations.

Kingsley holds a Master of Science in Finance and a bachelor’s in Accounting. His professional credentials include Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified International Procurement Professional (CIPP), and Professional Data Analytics certifications.

Driven by a commitment to public service and sustainable development, Kingsley aspires to contribute to international organizations and government institutions where he can help strengthen governance systems, advance evidence-based policy, and promote initiatives that deliver meaningful public value. His long-term goal is to support institutions that foster transparency, accountability, and inclusive development while enhancing outcomes for communities and society at large.

Beyond his professional work, Kingsley volunteers with the Canadian Red Cross, supporting community members through its Friendly Calls program and helping strengthen resilience and social connection across communities.
