2026 Technology Governance Policy Challenge Anthology Now Available

The Balsillie School of International Affairs has released the 2026 Technology Governance Policy Challenge anthology, a collection of policy briefs developed by graduate student teams from the Balsillie School, Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy (Canada), Norman Paterson School of International Affairs (Canada), the American University School of International Service (U.S.A.), Tecnológico de Monterrey (Mexico), IE University (Spain), Sciences Po (France), University of Warwick (England), and the University of the Western Cape (South Africa).

Centered on the theme “Green Technologies for Climate Mitigation, Adaptation and/or Intervention,” the anthology highlights innovative policy ideas and recommendations addressing the governance of emerging climate technologies.

The publication reflects the work of student teams from an expanding network of international partner institutions and showcases the analytical and collaborative spirit that defines the Technology Governance Policy Challenge.
