Dr. Eleonore Fournier-Tombs will provide a lecture on the state of global governance, particularly in relation to technology, migration, human rights, and development.

About the speaker

Dr. Fournier-Tombs is Head of Anticipatory Action and Innovation at the UNU Centre for Policy Research. An expert in AI, cybersecurity, and gender issues in global governance, she has recently authored Gender Reboot, a book exploring gender norms and women’s rights in the age of AI.
