Registration Open for BEI’s Executive Certificate in Governance and Innovation in the Age of Intangibles

The Balsillie Executive Institute (BEI), the BSIA’s executive development branch, is pleased to announce that registration is open for its Executive Certificate in Governance and Innovation in the Age of Intangibles, which will begin in May 2025. This cutting-edge, five-week online program is designed for professionals in government, the private sector, and the not-for-profit sector who seek to lead in an increasingly digital and data-driven world.

As the global economy shifts towards intangible assets—such as data, intellectual property, and digital platforms—leaders must navigate new governance challenges and opportunities. This certificate equips participants with the tools to drive digital transformation, harness evidence-based insights, and develop strategic governance frameworks that align with democratic values and economic prosperity.

Participants will engage in two shared modules on productivity and leadership in the digital age before completing three pathway-specific modules within their chosen micro-credential in either Digital Transformation or Digital Public Policy. Participants seeking topic-specific knowledge may also choose to connect with the content through individual modules. The flexible online format allows participants to follow pre-recorded sessions at their own pace while the live case study discussions on Fridays create an opportunity to network and discuss ideas with like-minded peers.

BSIA current students and alumni who are looking to stay ahead in governance, policy, and innovation are eligible for a 30% discount. Register now to secure your spot and be part of the next generation of digital governance leaders!
