Matthew Dang is a student in the Global Governance program at the Balisillie School of International Affairs. He is a recent graduate of the Environment, Resources and Sustainability program at the University of Waterloo. During his undergraduate education, he focused on a number of issues and topics related to the environment and sustainability, including environmental policy, agriculture, environmental assessment, ecology and Indigenous issues. He also possesses practical experience with sustainability, having previously worked in a conservation park completing tasks in waste and plant management.

During his time in the Global Governance program, he aims to continue growing his knowledge in both global governance and sustainability in order to be able to solve complex and challenging issues throughout the world.
