Evan Smith in 2024 graduated from the University of New Brunswick with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He is now pursuing graduate studies in International Public Policy at the Balsillie School of International Affairs.
During his academic journey, Evan has demonstrated a deep passion and commitment to making a positive impact on how understanding public policy can improve the world. Evan’s practical experience at the New Brunswick Research Institute for Data, Research, and Training while working on Population and Housing research projects shows his ability to work with Quantitative and Qualitative statistics. In this capacity, he contributed to the valuable research being done in New Brunswick and across Canada on how migration and housing are impacting the lives of Canadians.
Moving Forward, Evan aspires to leverage his skills, education, and work experience to contribute meaningfully to finding solutions to better the global population through economic and technological solutions.
