Emily Griffiths is a graduate student in the Master of International Public Policy program at the Balsillie School of International Affairs. She graduated from the University of Ottawa in 2021 with a joint honours undergraduate degree in Political Science and Feminist studies, where she focused on transnational feminist networks, international political relations related to human rights and political violence, Canadian foreign policy, and North American relations.

She has spent the last four years working as a project manager at national organizations dedicated to workforce and labour solutions across Canadian industries, where she focuses on the successful integration of underrepresented communities in the workplace.
