Catherine (Kate) Weaver is Associate Dean and Associate Professor at the LBJ School of Public Affairs at The University of Texas at Austin, where she also co-directs Innovations for Peace and Development and is a Distinguished Scholar at the Robert S. Strauss Center for International Security and Law. Kate teaches and conducts research on global development and economic governance, with a focus on organizational reform, aid transparency, development data, and representation in international financial institutions.
