Auree is a native french speaker originating from Côte d’Ivoire (West Africa) where she did the majority of her studies. She studied at the American University of Grand Bassam where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Minor in International Relations. To further her education, Auriane completed a Certificate in Project Management in Step Up Business School, Accra-Ghana.

She started her career as an intern at Aranya Capital, where she managed daily project tasks to ensure everything ran smoothly. Auree has also worked as a Junior Assistant in Accra, Ghana where she helped implement an environmental project, demonstrating her commitment to environmental protection and practical problem-solving. Auriane also gained valuable experience as an Assistant Intern at the Côte d’Ivoire Foreign Affairs Ministry, where she supported the United Nations Department. In this role, she organized events, handled logistics, and communicated in both English and French.

Auriane volunteered with the Alliance Francaise by teaching representatives how to speak French before the Olympic Games, Paris 2024. She has also served as Vice-President of the Political Science Club and was a member of the Student Government Association during her undergraduate studies.

Auriane O.C.A. Amandé is known for her sense of intra cultural experiences , creativity, and willingness to learn. Her deep passion for promoting social equity, environmental sustainability, and human rights is profoundly shaped by her strong ties to her home country in West Africa. She is driven by a desire to apply the insights and skills gained from her studies in Canada to achieve tangible progress for her country and the broader African continent, aiming to make a lasting positive impact in the world.
