You are invited to apply to one of the three graduate programs offered by Wilfrid Laurier University (Laurier) and the University of Waterloo (UW) based at the Balsillie School.
Emphasizing small class sizes and close individual contact with faculty, up to 12 doctoral students are admitted each year to the joint Laurier/UW PhD in Global Governance Program, and up to 25 master’s-level students to Laurier’s Master of International Public Policy (MIPP), and UW’s Master of Arts in Global Governance (MAGG), respectively.
Please note the application deadlines for each program.
The Wilfrid Laurier University Master in International Public Policy (MIPP) portal for domestic applicants is open until April 30, 2025, or until the program is full.
The application portals for the PhD in Global Governance and University of Waterloo Master of Arts in Global Governance (MAGG) programs are now closed. The portals will reopen in October 2025 for the September 2026 intake.
