Benjamin Khan

Master of International Public Policy, 2022

Benjamin Khan graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Honours) in Justice Studies from the University of Guelph, and a Diploma in Community and Justice Services from Humber College. His undergraduate program gave Benjamin a broad perspective of Canadian Law and its many different components, and helped introduce him into the field of Canadian public policy.

While pursuing his undergraduate degree Benjamin was part of numerous volunteer organizations, including serving as a Case Facilitator for the Rexdale Women’s Centre’s PAR Program, as well as an Events Coordinator with Peel Crime Stoppers. In addition to his extracurricular activities, Benjamin Khan worked for Canada Border Services Agency and aided in a variety of initiatives enforcing different federal policies and legislations.

Benjamin’s research and career interests while studying at the Balsillie School of International Affairs includes Conflict and Security, Global Political Economy, and Multilateral Institutions. He will be specializing in International Economic Relations during his studies, and hopes to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to make an impactful contribution to the field of Canadian public policy.
